Shipping & Delivery

We keep it simple for you: Free Shipping & No Customs Fees.

(1) Processing Time
We usually process orders within 1–3 business days.
Note: During peak times (e.g., holidays), it might take a day longer, but we’re working as fast as we can!

(2) Shipping & Logistics Partners
We work with international logistics partners (such as DHL, Hermes, and local couriers) to get your order to you safely. Depending on availability, we ship directly from our warehouses in China or the EU to offer you the best possible price.

(3) Estimated Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 7–14 business days after shipment.
Products shipped from our German warehouse are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may be affected in rare cases by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance, and strikes.

(4) Free Shipping
Shipping is free for you (unless stated otherwise at checkout). No hidden fees at the end!

(5) Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note: It may take 24–72 hours for the tracking status to update in the system.

(6) Customs & Import Duties (Important!)
Good news: For orders under €150/£135, there are no import duties or customs fees for you (we use the IOSS procedure for EU/UK). You pay the price you see in the shop – that's it.
If a courier unexpectedly asks for fees, please do not pay immediately. Instead, send us a quick email at support@smart-things-tech.com.

(7) Correct Address
Please double-check your address at checkout (especially house number and zip code). Once the package is on its way, we unfortunately cannot change the address anymore.

(8) Delivery Issues?

  • Arrived damaged? Please take photos and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement!

  • Not arrived? If your tracking hasn't moved for a long time, let us know. We won't leave you hanging and will investigate with the shipping carrier.

(9) Returns
Something doesn't fit? Please check our Refund Policy. Please do not simply return packages without contacting our support team first, so we can provide you with the correct return address.
